Can the supertracker be used in conjunction with a parallel addon in an 1541-ii?

No, the parallel cable and SuperTracker II use different VIAs.

Got it. Can you confirm which IC? The manual does not say for the 1541-II, only the 1541 variations.
There is U6 and U8, my understanding is that the parallel mode is U6, thus U8 for the STii?

The 1541-II is a very tight fit. The upper left corner of the face plate (when looking at the drive) is the only place that the OLED screen will fit. I don't know if I actually added the track display to a 1541-II. I have added the track display to many 1571's.
