Always Run SCP in Administrator Mode - Avoid Auto Update/Config Issues

In Windows 10 everything above is true but procedure has some differences:

Follow these steps and notice it is possible to perform this function on the shortcut only.

Step by Step:
1: Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\SCP
2: Drag SCP.exe holding SHIFT+CTRL and release it to the Desktop.
3: Right click on the shortcut icon
3: Select Properties from the context menu
4: Select the Shortcut Tab
5: Click Advanced...
5: Place a check in "Run as an Administrator"
6: Click OK, Apply and OK
