Trouble with very odd 3.5" format

Did you try a different USB port? This would seem to indicate that there is a USB problem. I did add a USB test in the latest SuperCard Pro software. Have you tried running it? You can find in the editor/analyzer program, under the Misc.Options pull-down menu.
