This should help out how to run the "command prompt as an administrator" on Windows 8.1
Go in a top right corner with your mouse arrow and click start. Then in the bottom left corner click on the down arrow.
You my have to scroll over to the right and under "Windows System" right click on "Command Prompt" a list will pop up on the bottom of the screen and click on "Ran as administrator".
I wanted to post this because I am still a little new to Windows 8.1 and was about 1/2 a hour for me to find that out. I thought I was running it was administrator when I did a search for "cmd administrator" and clicked on that and it open but junk it was not running as administrator!
