ADF creation with disk recovery

Because the HxC floppy emulator software is capable of converting to/from .scp images and dozens of various disk and image formats, it's not been much of a priority.  You can even do batch conversions so it's pretty quick to do an entire collection this way.

I know, but it is an additional step (i.e. ADF to SCP to floppy instead of just ADF to floppy).
