Case of the "fat" SCP capture

Ok, so the issue looks to be not that it's SCP's fault, but it's HxC. The specification says that there's a flag for both heads being used. HxC presumably does not take this to count, and therefore gets confused on which track goes where.

I have no idea how HxC is seeing my 1.44M captures correctly, though. I haven't looked in the HxC source code.
