Fusion 3?

Is there an upgrade path from Fusion 2 to Fusion 3? I got Fusion 2.0 decades ago and think there's a later version but don't know if it's available for download or purchase anywhere.
I see on this website that 4.0 is coming soon, but I don't think I need any of the features that 4.0 gives.

No, there is no upgrade path from v2.x to v3.x. There was not much changed between v2.x and v3.x, compared to the changes between 3.x and 4.x.
