Can you also post the missing documentation for installation on the 1571 drive?
There's a mention of having to solder an additional wire,
but the docs cut-off, and the above doesn't cover the 1571
so both pics like above for 1571 but at least for me info on that additional wire.

Complete installation instructions for the 1571 are on the backside of disk 1.

My Supercard+ 1541 & Supercard+ 1541/1571 boards have just arrived - very quick delivery thank you.
I was looking at the scan of the manual and there seems to be some quite important information missing:
1) The installation instructions stop before actually installing anything
2) There are some references to something called the 'SOFTWARE ADJUSTMENT SHEET'
There may also be some other pages missing but I can't really tell yet. For example, on the page that covers the 'OPTIONS MENU', the last line reads
"The default setting is 04 CBM (COMPRESS). This will copy "
the sentence stops there.
From looking at the photos, it looks like I just need to remove the 6502 from the drive, put the board in and then plug the 6502 into the board. Is there a program that will test whether the board is working correctly?
However,I am stumped on the 'SOFTWARE ADJUSTMENT SHEET'. Is there somewhere that I can download it or can it be posted here?
Many thanks

Yes, you just remove the 6502, put it on the Supercard+ board, and then plug the Supercard+ board into where the 6502 was removed.
The software adjustment is available here in the forums:

You can run the TEST program on disk 1, side 1 to test the board.

Thank you, that is very helpful. I will put the 1541 Supercard in my 1541 over the weekend.
After that, I am planning to put the 1541/1571 Supercard in my 1571.
I note that you recommend recommend reducing the drive speed to 298 RPM which is easy to do on the 1541 but not on the 1571.
In the 1571 installation instructions it says there is an optional Speed Controller for the 1571.
Are you still able to supply this?

See the 1571 installation thread. I have never supplied the parts for this.

My mistake, I thought it was a separate product that you supplied.
I have had a look at the thread and Post 3 refers to 'a diagram in figure 5'. I don't have anything that contains diagrams.
Also, it looks like there were 4 images (speed1.jpg, speed2.jpg, speed3.jpg & speed4.jpg) in Post 3 but I can't see how to download them.
From the comments that other people have posted, it sounds like the Speed Control will not be complicated to make (possibly only two resistors and a potentiometer) - I just need to know where to connect them.
Sorry for asking all these questions, I just want to get the most out the SuperCard
