Possible Bug

Yes, I have run it at 2400 baud using the built-in terminal.  Scratch that, I used a terminal program that's on one of my 3.5" external drives.  I did test it with the internal terminal, but I think it requires flow control, Xon/Xoff (which is not currently supported).  What init string are you using?

I'm using "48N1D" right now.  Which should turn off XOn/XOff.  I did try "48N1E" as well with no success.

The cable that I'm using may be the problem.  So I will look at replacing that and see what happens.  The cable is really just to change the gender (since my T102 is female port).
