SCP 1.91 Bug?

I have a no-flip Panasonic drive and the manual states for these drives to set Backside Control to (-4 tracks). When this option is selected, +4 is actually selected when going back to the menu option.  The only way to actually select that option was to edit the scp.ini file and set BacksideControl=2

Should I use the software with this setting?
