SD2IEC on the ICS64

I'm looking to buy an ICS64 and I would like to see pics of how an SD2IEC is connected to the internal IEC port.

Could those with an ICS64 who have connected an SD2IEC to the internal share some pics please. I'm curious about...

1 - which model of SD2IEC was used.
2 - how it was connected to the port.
3 - how buttons (if any) were passed through to the case.

Any SD2IEC can be used. The IEC bus signals are present on the port. How you wire it is up to you. I had one installed during testing, but I don't use it normally.
