You would have to use some resistors and maybe diodes to tap into the RS232's Tx/Rx lines. There is no way to get this info from the WiModem232 hardware as these signal are part of the all surface mount parts and no way to tap into them.
If I make a new version of this product at some point i will make with these signal exposed.
