That's the correct jumper setup from what I can tell. I don't have a -3 version, only -4 and -5 versions. I know there are people using the -3 version though because it is missing the "EX" jumper that lets you just flip the disk over, and they can't do that - but they can make .g64 and .d64 images of the front side without any issues.
