yesterday I got my SCP. I run into issue with Win7 64Bit. Of course I’ve started scp_setup.exe in admin mode and msstdfmt.dll is not the issue here. What I get at the end of the install process is:
“There is a newer version of SuperCard software available. Do you want to load and install it now?” On the windows header is shown: “Current version 1.5.1 New version 1.8”
After I click ‘OK’ I get very quickly “Installation of the new version is complete”. If I click ‘OK’ I get again “There is a newer version of SuperCard software available …” If I click “NO” the SCP software starts. It shows version 1.5.1 – hardware version 1.1 and Firmware version 1.2. The software itself works but freezes if I try to exit the software.
After a reboot I run into the same error situation.
