There is no version of my software for Linux, however, there are Linux based programs that can use the SuperCard PRO hardware as well as image file (.scp) format. SAMDisk, Keirf's disk utilities, etc. all have Linux versions that support SCP.

it seems to me Samdisk et keirf's tools works with disk image, not with the hardware.
For re-create disk from scp file or dumping original disk, only your software works.
Maybe under wine it will be works...

Version 3.8.8, last updated 8th July 2015 [changelog]
SAMdisk388.zip — Windows 2000 or later.

The following versions support disk images, but not real floppy devices. However, disk imaging is still possible using a SuperCard Pro, KryoFlux, or DiscFerret device. Create an image using the device's own software, then use SAMdisk to convert that to a specific output image type.

Keirf's supports direct hardware access for the SuperCard PRO board. Owen has a version that does as well, but only in beta (not released to the public yet).
