The webpage for the motherboard says 2764 for Basic,Character roms, while Kernal can be 27512. Question: Will the 27512 work for Basic,Character ROMS if I fill it entirely? Why/Why not?

Yes, that would work if you filled every bank with the same image. I made it so you can use standard EPROMs besides the original ROMs. Just make sure you set the solder jumpers correctly.
