Any idea why I can getting this error?

Yes. When you exceed the maximum amount of memory that is on the SuperCard Pro board you will get that memory. That sometimes happens when you are trying to image 5 revolutions and the disk has bitcells that are extremely long. Reduce the number of revolutions to 4.
