Getting data off of ms-dos compatible disks - Stone - 09-05-2018

I have an interesting question:

I don't necessarily need to make an image of an "ms-dos" disk- I just need to get data off of it. Is there a way to use the SCP to mount a 5.25" drive?

If not, how can I mount/use an IBM disk image?

(sorry if this is a very boneheaded question)

No, you can't mount SCP as a disk drive, but you can create a disk image and pull the files out of the image using the HxCFloppy Drive Emulator software.
