Suggestion for buying a 5.25 drive - anormal - 12-28-2015 hi, i can buy these drives from a user in a forum Teac FD-55GFR 7193-U Teac FD-55GFR 149-U Teac FD-55GFR 190-U Mitsumi D509v5 Mitsubishi mf504c-315M Chinon fr506 I am going to use with SCP and with kryoflux, for imaging and copying, In your experience (or other users), do you suggest me a pair to these?, it seems 55FGR don't support weak bits (as i read in the thread), appart from that? thanks!! RE: Suggestion for buying a 5.25 drive - admin - 12-28-2015 Make sure the FD-55 drive is a 96 TPI drive if you expect to be able to copy 1.2MB disks along with 360K disks. Some of the FD-55 drives are 48TPI only. RE: Suggestion for buying a 5.25 drive - anormal - 12-29-2015 thanks for answer! |
