Is it possible to modify the soft so as to have the media test performed during erasing or automatically started after erasing disk ?

Not sure what you mean.... the media test is something that you should perform on any floppy disk that you have a question about its reliability.

I understand what is the media test, I mean that when we erase a disk, it could be interesting to have the test performed while erasing to be sure that the disk is also in good condition....

No, I mean erasing and checking each traks to be sure that the disk is not dead.

This is exactly what the media integrity test does. Do you mean doing this test during the copying procedure?

The track is already erased if you select the "wipe track" option. I guess I could make this a test track option instead.
