Hi all
If anyone is interested , you can connect to your android phone using Terminal IDE.

Just install it on your phone, run telnetd (on the phone) and then ATDT to the IP address (Needs to be on your local network)
The bad news is, that while you can run RX (Recieve with XMODEM) SX,RZ and SZ (Send with ZMODEM) are not included so you cant do file transfers.
Its a pity because the rest of it works so well.
