Hello!

Are you planning on adding support for 2M/2MGUI formatted disks? Or is it somehow already supported?

There is nothing to support. The 2M/2MGUI disks are created using a different DOS. The underlying flux is the same as always. Just use the IBM setting to duplicate them.
