Release v1.0 firmware
  • Enabled serial ports for control of all functions using either RS232-1 or RS232-2. RS232-1 is 250,000 baud, RS232-2 is 9600 baud.
  • Added functions for changing baud rate of RS232-1 and RS232-2.
  • Added port checking for USB and serial port specific functions.
Release v1.1 firmware
  • Corrected problem with no flux areas no longer being written with v.9 and later firmware!
  • Fixed Erase Disk problem (wasn't erasing anything).

How do I activate the serial interfaces?
The serial ports are always enabled. You can just plug a RS232 interface into either serial port. There is information on the serial port usage in the API documentation.
