Make the image with blind mode unchecked.

Here's what worked: I used a 48tpi drive instead of the 96tpi. I forgot to change the setting for 96 to 48 in the GUI.
Also, using Anadisk on the original in a 96tpi drive, shows interleave at 2:1, checking the copy (the one made in the 96tpi drive) shows interleave of 3:1. Also the original has sector id's 3,4,2,5 the copy has 1,2,3,4,5 both on side 0.

OK, so there is probably an alignment issue with the 96tpi drive... or more likely you need two steps per track (ala C64), which is what a 48 tpi drive would give you automatically. I need to figure out an easier way to define all of the possible parameters.
