Commodore PET 8250 Format - abeckett - 07-14-2019 Hi there! Can I backup my Commodore PET 8250 format disks (eg Superpet 9000) using SCP? I'm not even sure if a HD 5.25" disk drive can read these properly! If so, what hardware do I select? Thanks! Anthony RE: Commodore PET 8250 Format - admin - 07-14-2019 The 8250 drives use a 100 TPI disk drive. If you have a 100 TPI disk drive plugged into the SCP then you could back the disks up. You would need to use the 1.2MB format. You can't use a standard 1.2MB (96 TPI) disk drive. |
